CONSTRUCTION:
Aside from looking tough, the 04 is also built the same. The aluminum and sandwich insulated body sits atop a 3mm thick 100 x 50 hot dipped galvanized chassis certified to Australian Standards. There also a list of robust features packed into the 04 including an Outdoor shower tent and water heater, huge lockable front toolbox, Fiamma F45 retractable awning and a forward fold style rooftop tent with integrated storage rack.
SUSPENSION:
The Ambush 04 rides on a heavy duty Trailing arm style independent suspension system. Combined with dual shock absorbers and coils you can be confident this trailer will be a dream to tow to your favorite campsites.
KITCHEN:
The Ambush 04 is fitted with a slide out 304 Stainless Steel Kitchen with 2 x Australian Certified Gas burners, and sink. There is also a slide out 60l fridge slide along with overhead pantry storage.
INSIDE:
The interior of the 04 features a separate sleeping area and lounge area which can also be upgraded to a second sleep area in a matter of minutes, perfect for the kids. There is a 17inch lcd tv as standard and a clear display panel for keeping an eye on water levels and battery voltage. Led lights and 12v outlets mean you can keep your devices charged wherever you are.
ELECTRICAL AND WATER SYSTEM:
The Ambush 04 is powered by 200AH ENERDRIVE Lithium Battery. There is a 20A Enerdrive Battery Charger and a 40A ENERDRIVE DCDC Charger wired to the drawbar for vehicle charging and also another Anderson point for a Solar Blanket input. There is 240V Inlet for charging the batterys from house power and also 240V RCD protected outlets inside for powering your favourite appliances when at a powered site. Underneath you will find 2 x 100L Freshwater tanks plumbed up to a 12v Electric pump and Gas/Electric hot water heater. Optional extras include Dometic Air-Conditioning and Diesel Heating. CLIPSAL electrical fittings have been installed throughout the Ambush 04.
